I made this hoodie shrug from a brand new Harry Potter tee and made it fit for a wizard!

It's got:
♠ warm and snuggly black french terry body
♣ corset lacing with grommet tape and satin ribbon at the bust
♥ flattering scoopneck cut with gray stretch lace trim
♦ full length sleeves in emerald green knit and metallic silver stripe cuffs
♠ oversized hood with Slytherin house crest and green lining
♣ serged and topstitched seams
